Day 2 – Role of Lebanon

Dimyanos KattarDimyanos Kattar is a true believer in the cultural diversity of Lebanon and its role in the region and the globe. Lebanon’s role lies on the basic social constituents of the country namely; family, education, morality, skill and diversity.

The unique social and confessional knitting of Lebanon allows for an exceptional fusion of human culture and ideals. On the other hand, Lebanon’s solid educational system offers an opening to languages, sciences and various forms of art and refinement. This explains the success of Lebanese individuals whenever they are confronted with multinational and multicultural environments. This capability can be developed into a National Character.

Furthermore, Kattar believes that in today’s regional tensions and increasingly global environment, his country is called to present an example of tolerance, respect and peaceful co-existence…

I think demianos should be wazir el meliyye, 3adl or siye7a but at this moment I can trust no one but aoun as a president

First of all, it is not the president who can save the country it s us lebanese inside and outside lebanon who should save it.A president can present his program no matter what his program is if we don t support it it will fail . Unfortunatly we are lazy and careless about our country .My conclusion is that there will be no president supported by all parties so it s either we have to decompose our country into sub divisions where every party can control it s own place or just leave the country :) .When you have a complex problem you just have to decompose it and solve it by doing this everyone will be involved in helping lebanon in his own way of thinking in his own area.

Hey Nicolas! thanks for your comment dude!

You are right! It’s us who should save the country… but if we have a big problem, we should decompose the problem not the country!

What is our problem? Hady Nassif stated it very clearly; our problem is with Policies… Not politics.

Politics can never save our country, but policies do. For example, what is going to put an end for those fires in leb? Policies not politics… Any problem in Lebanon can be solved by applying policies!

It’s obvious that you’re following a person not his program!

  4. Nick says:

Have you ever seen a country that is living with all these divercities of culture and religions .This is our problem and not any other problem how you see your future is totally different than how others see it my friend that s why decomposing the country is the only solution . They all want power let them all have it :P .

  5. Elie Khoury says:
